@mommabear1014 do they really taste good or do they have that weird powdery taste? Lol I'm so nervous I won't like them

@cheyenneb2016, if it has ANY slight taste it's metallic but it's so faint I only taste it sometimes and it's because of all the minerals in it I'm sure. They come already made in any grocery store by the way.

And they would work for losing /maintaining a healthy weight? The doctor told me to drink them to cut out all my unhealthy snacking and to feel less fatigued but I'm so nervous that they're going to make me gain more weight.

I drink Shakology but it's a bit expensive tho but if you don't have money like that than yea the ensure be good. I had them before.... I also herd the onces bye gatorade taste pretty good. Never had them before tho.
