Muscle weighs more than fat. If you’re focusing on strength and toning you will not lose ‘weight’ you’ll burn the fat but put on muscle. You don’t look obese by any means so I wouldn’t concern myself with the scale too much. I’m 5’10 and when I worked out 5 days a week before we planned Athena I was considered overweight on the BMI scale because I had muscle.
Muscle! I've lost quite a few inches, but my scale still shows the same number. It has to be muscle, all from carrying a 30lb toddler around and up/down stairs.
@thequeen, if you’re eating right, keeping up a healthy lifestyle and you like the way you look then don’t worry about the BMI. It’s hard to keep in the parameters of it. I shockingly keep within my own but I know 30+ who never have and they’re extremely fit and healthy. You’re doing great!
