ADHD is very treatable and you can do so much to help them control it. My oldest son has it and he has things in place at school and at home and he has made such a huge improvement. He is a straight A student, student of the month. There is so many resources out there for kids today. If you ever want to talk, I am here.
Thats some BS children are children. Don’t let this society influence you in to believing such things. Look up Dr., Umar Johnson he’s a school phycologist out of PA. Did the school tell you this? If so, teachers are not licensed to make such diagnosis.
I don't really think of ADHD as a disorder necessarily. Back in the hunter/gatherer times having people who were add/adhd was actually benificial. In society today we stick kids in classrooms for 8 hrs and expect them to concentrate and sit still while their minds are hungry for knowledge and their bodies are full of energy. It's important to remember that the label means nothing as far as your child's ability. They can do or be whatever they want, despite a diagnosis of ADHD.
Well it's not bad honestly. I have ADHD. I graduated high school at 16, started college immediately after and have excelled at every job I have had because I am really quick at my job. I have plenty of energy to burn so fast paced jobs are amazing to me
