So I had a bag of broccoli in the freezer .And I put it in the microwave and cooked it well I ate it and now I feel guilty even tho my mom said I didn't have to wash it because it was frozen ? Will it harm me or the baby 💜

Lol nope I do it’s all the time craved it really. It’s processed. Cut, cleaned rinsed and frozen. It’s all good
