Has anyone done their own paperwork for divorce & just had to go file at the court house . But also had to do an affidavit because you had kids during the marriage. Well some of yall probably think I cheated no hes been incarcerated since the first month of marriage and Im talking 11 yrs ago.hes been in jail that long & I had my first baby 6yrs later of being married.I want to move on with my life and marry my fiancee. How do I do it for that affidavit ladies???
