I've just been examined and she could get half a finger in or something. She managed to give me a sweep and get the pessary in xx

@megan-leigh, I know how you feel hun but as soon as things progress and they can break your waters you’ll be moved to labour ward in your own room ready to meet your princess 😘xx

@courtniek98x I could have the pessary in for 24 hours though 🙈 just hoping with my cervix being slightly open that it'll happen quicker then normal xx

@megan-leigh, I had to have 2 when I had harper I wasn’t dilated at all when they started and only 3cm when they broke my waters so hopefully you’ll progress quickly xx

@courtniek98x Well she did seem surprised that my cervix was open at all but I've been telling them for the past week something was going on. I've had a bit of bleeding as Well now so we will see xx

@megan-leigh, hopefully it won’t be long, they checked me every couple of hours to see if I’d dilated so hopefully they’ll be able to break your waters soon xx

@courtniek98x Hopefully. I've got an aching pain down there but it's constant.. every so often it'll be a bit more painful but don't think it's contractions or anything xx

@megan-leigh, it could be the pessary working and helping you dilate. I used the ball a lot and took walks round the hospital xx

@courtniek98x I keep using the ball on and off and went for a quick walk earlier too so hopefully it'll helpxx

@megan-leigh, especially if your cervix is open already! The pessary is only there to help soften and open them enough to break your waters xx

@courtniek98x Lets hope it happens quick as I'm in a room with 2 others and one of them is snoring so loudly. It's actually ridiculous I wouldn't be able to sleep 🙈😂 xx
