The key to happiness is all in our minds! If you see a pretty girl, don’t feel envy if you wish u had it like that, compliment her! If someone is saying negative shit to you, brush it off! They aren’t paying your bills or feeding you. If you aren’t feeling good, do something that makes you feel great. Listen to happy music, eat healthy foods, drink water. Your body, mind, and soul deserve it. The pst few weeks I let a lot of emotions get to me, I felt crappy and in return made my fiancé feel like shit.
