Bobs discount furniture is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

DON'T do it!!!! They're furniture is crap! We've had our couches for less than a year and they're junk!! They sent somebody out to look at it for the "warranty" and he was just like "ehh looks ok" they suuuck

@ohbabybaby88, girl I had a bed delivered yesterday that never mentioned needing a box spring or anything online and apparently I need one and I can’t get anyone to help me. Either you bring me a box spring or you come get this bed and give me my damn money.

@missheatherbaby omg same thing happened to us!!!! We ordered a platform that doesn't need a box spring... they sent a different frame that did!!! I was so pissed. The lil asshole that delivered it was like "yoooou made a mistake" I'm like I made no mistake your shitty company did!!! We ended up running all over town and making phone calls. I found one at kmart of all places! I was mad about spending MORE money I didn't need to. They wouldn't offer any help or an apology. They're terrible

@missheatherbaby ughh!!! Their customer service reps are total assholes! You're better off asking for a supervisor automatically! They get an attitude about it lol but whatever!!!

@ohbabybaby88, I eventually got on the phone with a supervisor and she was like we can refund the money to your bobs account and you can pick a new bed and I’ll waive the delivery fee which I’m not supposed to do. So I was like fine. I get on the phone with a sales person and the only beds that don’t need a box spring are hundreds of dollars. So I was like forget it. 🙄🙄🙄

We walked into one trying to find a TV stand once, and after five minutes walked right back out. Not one salesperson even acknowledged us.

We got our bedframe on Wayfair. They were great. It went on sale a few days later and they even credited us the difference!

@missheatherbaby I'm surprised they even offered you something! They suuuck so bad!! We spent like $3000 on our stuff and everything was just a mess from the delivery until now. I should've just refused it! But I was pregnant and overwhelmed lol
