After 3 days I finally figured out how to unclog my milk ducts ladies!! I had to get a little creative because nothing was working so I decided to take a really hot bath and soak my boobs for about 10 minutes than manually pump each boob for 10 minutes while sitting in the bath and continuously soaking and pumping. Needless to say I was able to pump 150 mL between both boobs. They are still sore and tender but no longer engorged.🙌🏻
