The tricks only work if your body and baby is ready.. I tried everything bc I was stuck at 3 cm for weeks and had an over night stay to stop horrible contractions. The contractions aren’t changing your Cervix it has a specific name but i forgot tbh haha but i was like that and then went 3 more weeks before I had my son.. it’s true they come when they want. I don’t know if it helped but i exercised for the first time lmao the night I went into labor. But I’m guessing my body and baby were just ready too
I tried everything, including pineapple, and still ended up being induced the day after my due date and was in labor from 2pm that day till 745 the next morning. So don't be discouraged if the pineapple and other "tricks" dont seem to work. Everyone's pregnancy/body really are different

I had the can pineapple with the juice.. and when I went in to the hospital I was 5cm .. Good luck
