Squats, and if you have steps walk them

Bounce on a yoga ball

A lot of walking, and maybe sex if you feel up to it lol.

@mommy_x3, Yasssss they are 😐 especially with all the kids talking about how excited they are to see her. I’ve been having the most random contractions that get my hopes up too lol I’m so ready to be done I actually have everything ready for once this time 😂

@abby-strait, lol not really this is how I was my last 2 pregnancies and gave birth on my due date. It like my body likes to stay at 3cm for weeks 😂😩
