@saleenac8, this is what my OB told me to do! Little tmi but she told me you are going to want to go right away but set s time for 3-5 minutes and try to hardest to hold it in for atleast 3 minutes to get the full effect! Worked like a charm for me! And then she had me take miralax 2x a day to help prevent it again! Have to love pregnancy! Lol

Never had to go to the e.r but I had to do some pretty nasty stuff to get it out. Have you tried exercising and water?
