If my one year old throws a fit when she’s tired and she’s in her crib I will not pay attention to her when she acts like that. I do not reward behavior like that and she needs to learn. My husband has her so spoiled it drives me nuts. Everytime she cries there he goes holding her and babying her! I will let her throw a fit till she’s done. My husband think I’m a bad mom for not picking her up when she’s screaming and crying and throwing herself on her bed.

I know how you feel. My mom would let my sister (9 months older than my son) cry constantly but the moment I try to do it she runs over trying to calm him

@pierced_momma, I told him when she’s throwing a fit we can’t go to her everytime she cries. That’s how she gets away with stuff
