So my job pretty much told me that I will be fired if I'm late even one minute after today knowing that I leave 45 minutes away.. Worst day ever. Now I'm thinking maybe I should quit before it gets down to this...

Perhaps try leaving earlier. Tyrellp is right. And if you do decide to quit, make sure you don't 2 weeks notice or it can really screw you over.

Have you requested FMLA. Intermittent leave? It protects ur job while pregnant
