Yesterday I kept my son up all day I even took him to the park to let him play and I had him in bed and sleep by 9:30 last night & he woke up at 8 this morning! Now that’s what I’m talking about! He didn’t even fight his sleep last night! No wonder he was fighting it so bad I was allowing him to take those long naps during the day! Mommy & daddy stayed up for a little while but we also got a full 8 hours of sleep! 😘😍💫❤️👍🏾
