I find that taking a little time to myself helps. To just like take a breath and do something for myself. ☺️

@gabi.marie I don't ever have time to do anything for myself... my whole life shifted when I found out that I was pregnant because the person that was with me when I discovered it I ended up marrying and his whole way of life style was completely different and made me question my own so I don't even know what I like anymore I had to change everything about myself... Regrets yes. Stuck yes. Do i love my husband and son, yes, but if i could change one more thing it would be how I went about the idea of changing in the first place. *big sigh*
Plus my husbands always at work and hasnt spent more than 3hrs with our son by himself since Mowgli was born.... he acts like I'm being selfish if I ask to step outside by myself when he gets off work.

I’m sorry you feel that way. You’re not selfish for needing a breath! It doesn’t mean you don’t love your husband and son, not at all. Your human and we all need to breathe. But if you don’t feel like you have anytime can you make some? Like asking a relative or trusted friend to take your son for an hour or two so you can start to get to know yourself again or like I said just to take a breather for your own sake. @familygrown

@gabi.marie unfortunately we moved across country when my son was 6 weeks old and I have absolutely no friends here and the only relative that I stay in touch with is my grandmother who is 88 and lives on the other side of the country. I'll try to work on making time to take more breaths though definitely :)
