No. But it's a problem when asked buy her to stuff she needs.

A father... we don’t pay child support for my husband two but we take them every weekend and on their school breaks. And summer breaks we pay half of school stuff but we pay for everything when they are with us she pays when she has them that is are agreement and it works for us

@uncouth no. Dude claims SSI and you can't take child support out of SSI. And he don't work. His wife is the one with the money. Plus they have 2 kids of their own.

@ace160 a father wouldn't fuss when asked to get his daughter a pair of shoes because she grew out of her old ones...... I am the only person who financially supports my daughter, not him.

The man can't and won't help financially with my daughter but takes care and raises his wife's son and the son they have together.....

I don't get it.

If I could have it my way, he wouldn't be around period. But my daughter loves her dad and enjoys going with him. She's 9 years old, I can't rip her father from her life. It's not right. I'm not one of these bitter ass moms who have narrow minds.
