My baby is spitting up a lot, but it seems like he's never full. I feel like I'm over feeding him. He still wants more milk after I gave him what he's supposed to be drinking. Any thoughts?

It sounds like you may be over feeding him, my new born eats 3 ounces of my breastmilk and even after he eats he still acts like he’s hungry. He sucks on his hand and roots, but if he has any more than 3 ounces he throws up. I usually just give him his pacifier after he eats because he usually falls asleep once he gets his paci

Sounds like over feeding, he should be eating 1-2 oz every 2 hours if formula feeding how much does he eat? If it’s breast milk you feed on demand but should give 2 oz before burping then see if he wants more.

@eryka616 He eats the 2 oz then after I burp him and change his diaper, he chews on his hand and gets irritable like I haven't fed him.

2oz is right. Make sure you're pace feeding with the bottle so he's not hungry and hopefully won't spit up as much. There's great videos on YouTube for pace feeding.
