On March 1st I was observed by Early Achivers in my classroom. I just got the results back and I did much better than what I thought I did. I'm very proud of myself but now to trian my new assistant and find new areas to improve as a lead teacher, my classroom, my assistant, and any other aspect involving my class. Being a daycare teacher is a lot harder than what people think. There are so many rules and regulations I have to follow by the state and as a lead teacher. There's a lot of small things that people don't realize I am responsible for other than taking care of children.
