Hey mummies- I'm having a bit of a dilemma. My baby girl is 11 weeks old and is now sleeping through the night from a round 8.30-7. She's in a god routine throughout the day up until around 5pm. She goes down for a nap around 2 ish and wakes around 3.30-4 ish. She then has a catnap at around 5.30 as it's a long stretch of awake time for her until her last feed at 7.30 but for some reason she won't settle for her last nap even tho she is shattered. She is fighting her sleep and she is such a struggle to settle. Any tips on how I can get her to settle for her last nap ?

Pretty common for babies to fight sleep :) Do you do a bath? Massage? Music? Singing? To help settle her :) Around 3 months...Maya was only sleeping 2 hours in the day xx

@winterbaby95, yeah, I bath her, sing to her, moisturise her etc at about 7pm, feed her hen she goes down for the night but she has a nap in between the hours of 5-7 which only lasts about 40 mins but it's a struggle to her to nap and she just fights it. I've tried keeping her awake from when she wakes around 4 but it's too long to keep her awake until bedtime 😩xx

I was gonna say @mrsmowmow it's the witching hour ! Haha Harvey used to be really fussy at the same time every night normal from around 6 for about an hour this happened for a good few weeks xx just keep doing what your doing :) xxx
