So I’m living at my moms house and her husband is verbally abusive with her. Only when my boyfriend and I aren’t around. He’s controlling and gets up into her face and screams at her. My boyfriend heard him one morning two weeks ago screaming at her and once he came out of the room he left my mom alone. I’m so excited to get out of this house. My mom is moving in with us next weekend so she can get away from him. But I’m nervous about what he’s going to do on Sunday once we’re completely moved out. She’s been scared before that he’s going to hurt her. But she can’t take the time off of work to move out during the week. I feel so bad.

You can always call police and ask for an escort. Sometimes they can send one. And she might need retraining order once gone. Best of luck and congrats

@kambam, if he starts any problems with her on Sunday I may honestly, they’ve had problems in the past and this isn’t the first time she’s stayed with us. I’m just really hoping this time she leaves him for good, she doesn’t deserve the way he treats her.
