Started working at this day care, and this lady is already making me want to slap her. She threw me in a room with 11 toddlers and keeps coming and fussing at me for not doing things her way. The witch didn't train me on how they wanted me to do a daily schedule. So I was doing with the 11 kids what I did with my son and it was working. Got them to stop crying and hitting each other and listen to me. She comes and ruins it by fussing at me. I'm happy, they're happy and learning together. What's wrong with that? Am I overreacting? (Probably, but damn. Cut me some slack.)

@sherrynygirl thank you cause I was really getting mad.. she's the assistant manager and they honestly haven't shown me any of their mandatory duties. So I'm making shit up as I go. While trying to make half the class not fight.

She should had trained you and not left you alone with the kid's so you know how to do things their way... People now n day's don't train like they should and get mad when not done how it should be done.

@autism.mommy I know! And that's what I told her when she called herself yelling at me. She got mad because I told her it's basically her fault if I'm doing things my way... She sent me to lunch. Which I needed so I wasn't mad about it.
