I been using a breast pump but all the milk wont come and im hurting so much were my boobs get so full .. what can i do ? Besided the pump since im always pumping because i get so full 😣

It’s recommended not to pump the first 6 weeks because it can cause over productions. I always found a warm shower helped a little just let the water spray over your check, or a warm towel, also hand express just till you get comfortable, pumping is telling your body to make more and more.

@angelicatorres66, I completely understand. My son didn’t latch so I had to pump so in that case I completely understand why your pumping. Just put her to breast as much as possible. Best of luck I hope she latches and starts getting it.
