Just don’t eat nothing that has sugar on it all you can eat is protein like bacon eggs chicken and I don’t remember what else my doctor told me the drink tasted nasty as fuck

Lol it’s nasty both times I did it was with the orange flavor nastiest thing on earth but I passed it 😩🤷🏼♀️ I just didn’t eat or drank anything that had sugar for 1 and a half day lol
