I’m so much pain today dislocated my shoulder yesterday sneezing! Flipping sneezing unbelievable y’all! So today and for the next week I’ll be sore. Unable to move it much without it pinching and hurting. Feel like crying have my babies in and out of me. Need to finish desk work and it’s impossible.. advice? Mental emotional breakdown on the horizon.. 😢
