Went to my knee specialist. Knee is so fucked. He looked at my knee and said it looks worse than most 60 year olds do. I have to have a brace on all the time now to hold my knee cap in the right place instead of where it is now. I have to put cream on my knee and I have to take meds for the arthritis and swelling and if all this plus therapy doesn't help then more than likely a third knee surgery will be in my near future 😣

Oh that's why I'm terrifiy to check my knees we have some bad knees problem by my family..😶 how did you come to Dr and how hes made you diagnosis?

@momboo I've had real bad knees my whole life. Had My first knee surgery on my left knee when I was 14. Second on my right knee at almost 16. And it was better for awhile and got so much worse. Had my third knee surgery but second on my right knee when I was 18. Now at 22 I finally have insurance again and had to finally go. It's the same Dr office I been going to since I was 14. They had previous records and MRI, ctscans and xrays plus the camera views and pics from inside my knees when I had all 3 surgeries. And did a xray in office when i went today

@momma2twinies man maybe I should check it out as well because it's ain't no joke sit down to couch basically hurts me so much ..I'm just scary it's gonna be bad 😶🙁
