I was wondering if there is anyone on here that could give me some advice please.
I found out about 4 days ago that im pregnant (currently 4weeks 6days) since yesterday ive had this horrible pain around my bellybutton/sides of my tummy that feels like i need to have a bowel movement (sorry for tmi) the pain literally makes me feel sick but when i go and sit on the toilet nothing happens.
is this normal or should i be worried?

No bleeding or shoulder tip pain, I've had 2 ectopics in the past 2 years and im sure i never felt like this with them 🤔
I feel fine other than this horrible acidy pain in the middle of my belly 😔 thank you 😘 x

Could be everything stretching. Try a bath and see if it helps x
