Advice please 💙 Noahs started throwing food at lunch and tea time I've tried him in his high chair…

If he's playing then he's not hungry so I'd give him 3 warnings then take it away & get him down. It's probably just a phase. If mine are silly I wrap their food up & offer it later if they say their hungry or just offer another snack. Max is doing this a lot at the moment!

@sara-lou86 that's what I was thinking, I'm doing the take it away if he carries on but each meal its bye bye food🙈 I was thinking it was a phase just didn't know how to go around it without making is worse lol. But I'll continue the warnings and see how he goes x

I think parents worry if a child doesn't eat much at one particular meal. But actually if you look at the day as a whole they've probably eaten just fine. They really don't actually need much. Also children are naturally grazers. So eat little but more often throughout the day. Definitely the case for my 2 anyways! Lol

@sara-lou86 that's Noah all over, I usually don't worry about his weight as he's a nightmare to eat a full meal but with him throwing food I was like nope don't start this haha. But I think terrible 2s are starting to kick in maybe. X

Yeh same, Max is a right Diva. He was throwing his spoon all over the place at tea today, so I took it away. He had a meltdown for 5mins. I said if he calmed down he could come back but he's so stubborn he was like No! So no pudding then 🙈😂

@sara-lou86 😂 oh god haha. Yup definently sounds like it could be that age were they want to rebel lol. Everything no at the minute for Noah but he will still take what ever you offer him while having a strop 😂 can't make up there minds x
