A lot of tummy time and sitting up

@ebonybrown551, oh ok I’ve seen babies wear helmets .... my son didn’t get it bc I always changed his sleeping positions n I tried not to hv him on his bk a lot .. but no one didn’t tell me about flat head I just assumed changing positions was good

Babies heads are still soft up until like 12 months so if their constantly on the backs they get flat heads or a bald spot if so the doctor gives a helmet for ur baby to mold it back normal
