So my 3 month old has flakey skin around his eyebrows and partly on the forehead at first I thought nothing of it. I thought it was just dry skin from maybe giving him baths and his skin getting used to the air but now I'm not so sure because its been there for a long time and lotion didn't help it it won't go away. Does anyone know what it might be? I feel compelled to mention that his daddy has something similar. He's got flaked skin around his eye brows too but neither of them were. Born with it daddy has had it a couple years he's had it a couple months or like a lot of weeks idk could it be genetic or just coincidence?

I mean Carter had it there and on his head it was cradle cap. It could be different but that’s probably what it is

Cradle cap is just flaky dry skin. It's normal for babies, you can take a soft bristle brush and some coconut oil and gentle massage the scales. My daughter had it on her eyebrows and forehead as well as her actual head

My son had the same thing over his eye brows. I use to just wash his face with a warm rag and a tad bit of Vaseline with shea butter the Vaseline with brown top and it would take it away asap. I tried reg Vaseline didn't work as gd. I noticed lotions made it worse. I use coconut oil in his hair but it seems to make his face worse I think cause his face is sensitive depends on bby

looks like cradle cap to me... my brother in laws little girl had it all over her body

Looks like cradle cap I put baby oil on it let it soak for about 30 then scrap it off and wash it
