Fiber is the thing that helped me the most. That and google sitz bath

OK I had a whole ritual when I had them bad. Every day after every bowel movement, I'd wipe and clean the area with tucks pads which have cooling witch hazel on them. Then I would take 2-3 Epsom salt baths a week and sit in them for about 20 minutes and after I got out and dried off I would apply hemorrhoid cream. It made me feel a lot better and reduced the pain and discomfort a hell of a lot. I still have them but they don't even bother me anymore

@skylersmommy11916, what kind of cream do you use? I’ve been using the gel and I’m considering using the cream.

@miaheka just your average generic hemorrhoid cream, it's not really a gel, it's white.
