I came up with a little gift for the visitors when my baby is born because trully they came out of thier way to visit and also never come without gifts ! Fist baby I had no idea I would get so much visitors so with this baby I am going to at least have a thank you for welcoming baby Allison with visiting !

Our first we had so many people visit us (even though our daughter was in the NICU). Our family and friends went above and beyond. Buying preemie clothes, preemie diapers, bringing us dinner, offering rides for me to the hospital once I was home since I couldn't drive, the list goes on.
Our second was born in the height of flu season. We made rules because of it. Just starting to explore outside our house slowly.

@mommyof2girlz mine thankfully is being born in the middle of summer lol and also anyone who comes washes hands number one rule ! But I trully do appritiate the visitors it made my day!

@verguinia, I missed that with both once they got home from the hospital. It was tough. And I went back to work before 6 weeks with the second because we can't live without my income. I work part time, but take home more than my husband and the winter season is not great for his job. We are trucking through now.

@mommyof2girlz oh wow heyyy high five to strong working bread making women !!!! But I feel your pain my boyfriend also works a seasonal job and the winter is hard ! I stopped working and thought I'd start soon but found out I was pregnant and this pregnancy been pritty hard ! So I don't even know how we gonna make it ! With my first I lived with my mother so I stayed home but now I live with my boyfriend so I'm a little nervous about that :(

@verguinia, we wouldn't have made it without the help of my parents and we got a personal loan so I could buy a new laptop and printer for my home office (all my paperwork I do at home). We took out extra to make ends meet til I build up my caseload again. My husband is a saint. He will be putting the girls to bed 4 nights a week starting in a few weeks.

@verguinia, it really does. I'm a behavioral therapist. Pretty much I teach parents how to parent differently if children have behaviors. My husband used to work with kids in residential.
