Any tips (besides CIO method) to get my 3yr old to sleep by herself and through the night??? I need…

There’s a group on Facebook called Sleepy Littles that’s a great resource. They have sleep consultants in the group to help. We did a modified CIO with my son cause it was the only thing that worked. I’m sure they can help

My only issue with CIO with my 3yr old is I have 2 older kids in school. I can't have them sleep deprived until school's out. I'm hoping to have this settled before then though..

@tiredmom, I don’t blame you. My son has slept in his crib since birth, only place he would sleep, but at 15 months he was waking up 3-5 times a night still and it was taking sometimes up to an hour to rock him to sleep

@lizibear84 my boyfriend was very insistent that she sleep with us because she could not regulate her body temperature for the first few weeks and I had her in December. He was afraid that she would freeze. And now 3 years later she still sleeps with us.

@raquely that's how it was with my son I did not have to fight with him this long though. It's getting very discouraging but I was also able to let him scream until he went to sleep and not have to worry about him waking up other kids.
