@yes2jess617, Lol, I was very upset when she said this also I was so confused, I am going to talk with her again on Monday so I can make sure I have the right proof but I think She May have said it in my email again after she had already said it to me I have to double check so I might have the proof I need and your so right I may as well let her fire me and collect me and baby can rest I’ll sue and keep going to school, I will find another job when the time comes!!! Okay they definitely can't do that. It's 100% discrimination and if she knew her shit she would know not to ask you to do that. Honestly, have proof that she's making you do this either through a text message or something because I guarantee you she's looking for a reason to get rid of you as soon as you start calling out for pregnancy reasons you are out the door. I say let them fire you collect unemployment and sue them for discrimination.. im pissed.lol

@lnkedupmommy, I did ask her and she said it was there policy, but no one else has had to do this as well as she can not make that call if my doctor wanted me out of work she would give me a note I don’t feel like I should have to provide a new note every month

I believe she just may be asking because-she wants to make sure you arent high risk pregnancy i mean why didnt u ask why she needed it every month? A note is fine every month is just wierddd. @akita_mommy, well the boss is hr it’s a private owned business so the admin. And hr are the bosses in my facility, so guess I will contact the state tomorrow because there is no one higher up to go to beside the admin who is also the owner and she is his family member so what she says goes
