I used baby and me by megafood up until a few weeks ago which I liked but got as a gift and couldn’t find them again so I started using Prenatal one by rainbow light. I like them both a lot!
Nature Made plus Dha there the only vitamins you'll find that has the full amount of Dha needed for baby unless you wanna pay out the rear these are 11$ at Walmart. They also have the right amount of vitamins needed.. Stay away from the gummies my doctor said there loaded w sugar and not enough vitamins

I used the gummy kind from Walmart I think it was like $10 I do not like pills so I took them
