I really want and need to start eating better again but it seems impossible when I’m not in a routine right now or going to the gym and school takes a lot out of me. Hoping popping this baby out will motivate me more to get back to a healthier lifestyle again.🤞🏻

Girl, chances are you will drop the excessive weight after baby so fast, give yourself the six weeks to heal, just watch what you eat in the meantime to manage your weight. Then start doing sit ups or crunches when you have the time to tighten up your tummy. There are so many YouTube videos and workout apps you can watch if you want a more intense workout. Just try to devote at least 15min a day to working out.
My girl @mama_kat89 has worked really hard at changing her lifestyle and working out everyday at home :)

@kelseyp16, it’s not easy to deal with mentally or physically. Hoping once my daughter is here I can get into a routine again.

@leroydoom, I struggled with my weight and self confidence for most of my life. I’ve battled bulimia for almost 6 years and had lost 60 pounds at one point. When I got pregnant I told myself I wasn’t going to allow my eating disorder to affect my daughter so I have allowed myself to eat whatever I want, now I want to get healthy again (the right way) and get back to the gym. It’s just a struggle mentally to accept how much weight I’ve gained, even though I know it’s for a great reason. I’m hoping I’ll lose the baby weight fast and get back into a healthy diet.🤞🏻

Thats wonderful girl! Thats a really fantastic accomplishment and you should be incredibly proud not only as a soon to be mommy but as a woman :) I think as long as your not overeating, a lot of times breastfeeding or even just pumping will help regulate your weight as well as your body is working double time to produce.
Try not to beat yourself up about your weight girl, remember your body is amazing, its growing a human! Your a super woman! You've earned those tiger stripes, they're just a little reminder that your belly was once home to your baby. My son loves my tummy and likes to push his face against it and hug it lol Its almost like he remembers :)
