He has it in his lash line too!! His eye looks swollen

My daughter had it its normal my midwife said to use a warm washcloth on her face at night and it was home within the week

It’s baby acne. My first born had it and my new born has it. It’s normal

My daughter had little pimples like that and they went away. I think they are called milk pimples or something like that. It wouldnt hurt to get your doctor to take a look though
