I agree! My mom said she got a lot of our stuff when we were little handed down but she would NEVER get us used or cheap shoes. I have a cousin who was in used shoes and he still wasn’t walking by age 1 1/12 and my mom told his mom to go buy him new shoes and he started walking the very same day 😂

@maddoxsmama, wow, yea my little guy walks a lot, so it seems right for him to have proper shoes on his feet

They grow out of them way to fast, couldn't imagine spending that much on shoes to only be worn for a little while . I buy used while little bc they aren't in them very long so used can still be almost new. Spent $4 on my 18mo booties and she loves them.

My daughter has had so many shoes given to her that we've gVe some to once upon a child bc she never got a chance to wear them

@alexandriadoebler, for me it’s worth having new brand name shoes. Just because he walks so much, and he will at least wear them for six months. I don’t think they should be as expensive as they are, but it is worth it to me
