I know it doesn’t make sense but I’m freaking myself out I literally just had a period on the 7th normal etc I’ve been feeling nauseous for the past few days like 2-3 days can it just be a PMS symptom 2 weeks ahead of time? When does PMS begin I don’t even know 😩 I’m on BC but you never know and I’m not die for ovulation until tomorrow but who knows with that either 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 someone calm my dumbass down with a smart answer

Well, PMS symptoms can happen up to ten days before actual menstration so it very well just could be your cycle. It also could be adverse side effects from your BC, Have you been on it long?
