No. Not really. Unless you have an impacted tooth. Meaning partially it’s under your gums and growing crooked so it pushes into the other molar. It will have to be removed at the dentist. I had three perfectly come in, no pain/discomfort. One was impacted growing halfway under the other molar. My gums were so swollen it hurt like hell
@sunkissedsweetheart, you don’t have to be put under. I had a tooth pulled with just Novocain shot. I chose to be put under for the wisdom tooth though. Didn’t wanna be awake to see it. If you don’t want to be put under they will just use the shot
@vvrobinson, They just put the shot in your gum?!! I’m so scared!! I wasn’t gonna get it pulled until I heard everything that could happen if you didn’t get it pulled
@sunkissedsweetheart, have you literally never gone to the dentist?! Lol of course in your gum. It will go right where they need you numb. It’s quick and easy. You won’t feel anything and then the entire area and your lip will be numb for an hour or so. It shouldn’t take long to remove either.
