If you need any tips let me know. I nursed and pumped with all 3. I'm still nursing my 25 month old

@jayjay1714, ahh thank you! I have a feeling I’m going to hit a point where I’m going to want to quit, but I’m determined!

@jayjay1714 Can You Give Any Tips On How To Prevent My Supply From Drying up? Other than what Google says to do lol I'm so desperate and I see my supply slowly dwindling

With my first I was able to pump 8oz bottles each breast, nurse on both, then pump another 8oz bottles each breast. With my second he was born at 34 weeks and I could only get 1-2oz bottle only and I was pumping every 2 hours. He wasn't able to nurse in nicu so that didn't help. He was on formula as well. Once he was home I only put him on the breast at first and he was eating every 30 mins because nothing was coming out so I had to do formula as well. Then at 2 months old he had a seizure and stopped breathing on us. He was on life support for a week. I tried everything to pump. Pills, oatmeal, drinks, cookies. Nothing worked because of how stressed out I was for almost loosing my son. I completely dried up when he was in the ICU. Now with my 3rd I can only get 1oz if pumping, but when she nurses she eats good and we haven't had a problem with it since she is 25 months and still nursing. I just can't pump at all. There are lots of things that can help. Lactation cookies and drinks or even mother's milk has pills and teas. Beer had the yeast in it that also helps so I will have a beer here and there when I have a feeling nothing is coming out. That usually helps me. Also demand feed will kick up your supply. The more baby eats the more your body makes.
