This is my first pregnancy and I never expected it to be this bad!!!! I'm excited but this wasn't planned and we're in the middle of some financial crisis. Also have been so sick on and off for weeks, horrible constipation (tmi) ugh has anyone ever been thru this and also was terrified being a first time mom and not really having your life together like you would have thought it would be.

No one is ever prepared to have a baby, especially not the first time. It's just one of those things that happens in life. If you try to wait until you're fully prepared and ready, you'll most likely never have kids. My mom told me this before I got pregnant the first time with my son and when I did, it really was the wrong time all together. I was in an abusive relationship, just lost my job, and I lived an hour away from my family, but I remembered what my mom had told me and kept my chin up and put all my focus into my pregnancy and eventually things got better for a while. Right now you're going into your 2nd trimester, you start to feel better with the sickness soon and eventually you feel mostly normal until the baby starts to move and kick which can feel awkward and uncomfortable at first but you'll get used to it. It's perfectly normal to feel scared about everything but try not to focus too much on that... just focus on the fact that eventually that baby will be here and it will all be worth it and soon you'll find yourself handling just fine. Good luck and congrats. 😊

Thanks for the comment! It's just been hard and I've been spending most days in bed from the sickness and stress. I want wait to hopefully feel better physically and mentally and really start pushing through and preparing for this baby.
