I am SO unhappy with my prenatal care!! I don’t know why I waited this long to finally decide that I don’t want to be seen there let alone deliver my baby there. They have not once checked my urine at any one of my appointments, they never check my weight, every time I go there everyone is rushing, I never even see a provider for more than a full 60 seconds before my appointment is over. Is it too late for me to change providers at this point?? What would you guys do?

You can switch. I switched later on in my pregnancy and now wish I woulda done it sooner.

@stephaniemora17 You can for sure switch! It's never too late to switch.. until you're having your baby that is! Lol.. seriously, that is really really shitty. I get my urine checked at EVERY appointment, weight, & my vitals checked. Then when I see my doctor she spends at least 10 minutes with me and answers all of my questions, asks how I'm feeling, & measures me to ensure everything is on track. I had all testing done you can think of, im already registered for my hospital of choice which is one of her hospitals of course, but she asks to make sure everything is getting done in case I forget. I would switch in a heartbeat!

@aprilshowers.bring.mayflowers, I feel you girl, I think it would be worth it to just deliver at a different hospital. If no doctor will take me I’m probably just gonna have to do the same thing 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

@simplyshantell, ugh!! That’s how it was with my first pregnancy, when we were living in Northern California, seems like the prenatal care here in Georgia is very half assed 😕 but thank you I think my husband and I have decided we’ll be looking for a different provider
