Steroid shot in case baby girl decides to come before April 20th

@tieasha I cried too...the second one I got I was so exhausted, i was sleeping and didnt even feel the needle go in but woke up and cried like a baby when I felt the liquid go in 😭

Ask for ice packs if they don't give them to u already! They help!

@tieasha they told me it's the consistency of soft peanut butter n that's why it burns 🤷🏻‍♀️let the tears flow girl! It makes it feel a smidge better lol

@toshagager, yeah we’re fine. And she’s not tryna come but they wanted me to get steroid shots Incase. I was supposed to take them at 35 weeks. But I had a tiny bleed so my ob wanted me to get it today and then again tomorrow. And she’ll be 3 weeks early on my scheduled csection date.

Man I got 2 of them with my son and I cried with the steroid shot and NOT the epidural. Those suckers hurt so much!

@hattenbaby2016, that’s the worst shot I’ve gotten in my whole life and to think I have to get another one tomorrow again.!

I’m hoping I don’t need them this time around but I’m 35 weeks and 100% effaced and 3 cm dilated. I go again tomorrow to get checked so if I had any change I’ll be admitted and I’ll have to get the shots.

@hattenbaby2016, I was supposed to get my shots at 35 weeks but I had a small bleed, nothing major on Friday so she sent me over to l&d to get shots Incase I have. Another bleed and they have to take her sooner than April 20th but checked me and I’m not diLated or thinned out (which they don’t want me to being that I have complete placenta previa).

🙏🏼 prayers!!! I’m scheduled for a c section on April 16th. I don’t think I’ll make it let’s just pray we make it to April!
