They say it gives the baby better blood flow but if it was that big of a deal it would be required for all pregnant women to sleep on that specific side. I always slept on whichever was comfortable because being pregnant is already uncomfortable enough! 😂

It helps with heartburn laying on your left side. I also felt that I didn’t have any coughing fits laying on my left side and breathed better.
