I hate when i drink Pepsi (once in a great while) and my mom says “you shouldn’t be drinking that” 🙄 so annoying

My mom tried to tell me I couldn’t have crab cakes once. At first I believe her and the asked my doctor who laughed.

There is honestly no proper scientific study about caffeine and pregnancy. I drink a decent amount of caffeine every day and I also drink a huge amount of water and my doctor says everything is good. My mom drank a ton of coffee while she was pregnant with me and nothing happened to me
