Going on my third week of consistent working out and going to the gym about 3-4 times a week. Hitting up the treadmill, and simple weights for my biceps , and triceps. It’s keeping me mobile and feeling great and maintaining a healthy pregnancy weight.. I feel so proud of myself. I swear I imagined myself just lounging around and eating snacks .. but man has it took a different turn.. makes it even better to have my man by my side every time I go to the gym!
