Is it baby acne? Or eczema? If it’s baby acne then used fragrance-free baby Aveeno wash && lotion. Basically leaving it alone w. other products because all u gonna do is irritate it more. Babies skin is very sensitive && all u gonna do is make it worse. Unless it’s eczema then u need to take her to the doctors in which they’ll probably prescribe her an ointment. I’m going through the same w. My baby girl && she is also breaking out so I’m telling u this through experience. 😉
@myboys1962, oh ok then yea she may need ointment but in the meantime try keep her moisturize w. Aveeno fragrance free wash && lotion. It’ll soothe her until then. Cause that’s some itchy mess
