Sounds like reflux my son is the same it is scary

More than likely acid reflux, this is exactly how Eliana is! Definitely call her doctor..

Have you tried cutting all milk produces from your diet?

Exact same thing happened to my daughter. My dr reassured me that all babies have reflux to an extent. They’re not fully developed just yet so when they spit up some comes through the mouth and if there’s a lot it comes out the nose because it has nowhere else to go. Try feeding her in sitting position and not laying her down for 30 minutes afterwards and not flat on her back either. Try an incline.
