I’ve been walking a lot and cleaning around the house a lot and bouncing on my yoga ball, I’m not a fan of pineapple so I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing and hopefully it helps!

I've heard from a lot of people that walking, eating pineapple and dates induces labor and makes your labor process easier !
